Interview
Initially, a group of candidates took a paper test related to financial knowledge, such as commercial stocks, bonds, options, etc. After this, group interview began, recruiter asked for personal introduction and experience and pointed out some questions about companies' businesses, clients group, and culture. Last, there was a test for bonus, planning a project to attract more clients on the coming anniversary of CITI.
