I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Citi (Dublin, Dublin) in Apr 2020
Interview
After applying online, I got an invite for an online test after almost a month. It involved general aptitude and logical ability questions. Thereafter, an hour-long phone interview was scheduled with two Lead Data Scientists from Citi Innovation Labs, Dublin. This was more of a conversation rather than an interview. They skimmed through my resume and asked related questions on my skills and projects. It felt like they were satisfied and would want me to invite me for further rounds. That's pretty much it. I got no response from them even after a month. The HR also stopped replying to my emails and I was only able to contact him via a third person who scheduled my online test. Got the templated rejection email without any feedback a few weeks later.
