I went to NYC to interview for Citi's Global Subsidiaries Group. It consisted of two interviews. The first was with an associate and VP and was very casual / behavioral. The second was with two senior people and was more intense. This included questions about economic events (i.e. when do you see the Fed raising interest rates?) and my personal work history (I see you've worked in XYZ industry, where do you see the industry going?). Overall, not too bad. You need to know your story well and have a general knowledge of current events. Still haven't heard back from them after 2 weeks.
