First interview was with the recruiter. My Japanese skill was also assessed. Then 3 weeks later, I had interview with the vice president. Thinking it would be a nice easy interview with the VP, I did not prepare any technical details at all. Little did I know, he brought in 2 other technical people who bombarded me with technical questions..for about 1 hour. (everything on the phone) After 3 weeks, I was hired.
