The interview process has 2 or 3 stages, starting with HR and then moving on to the hiring managers. The interviews are not very technical. Some times you can compensate the lack of experience with good attitude and skills.

Interview process was pretty straight forward. Got an email from hr, apparently from their Philippines’ team and they just gave a time slot to select. Gave the interview to two manager who eventually went on to work under. Interview last for about 45 minutes.

interview with two senior VP, a 30 minutes zoom call which lasted longer. Both behavioral and technical questions. They want to check mostly how you will fit in the team.
