Applied for a position. Submitted a CV and completed online assessments, including situational judgment tests, psychometric tests, and math questions. Participated in an online assessment center. Overall, the process was manageable.
They asked a mix of behavioral, technical and market questions. Pretty standard interview, no huge curveballs. There were a few brain teasers and mental math questions, no paper pen allowed.
A few rounds of group interview, some with 1 invigilator, some with a panel, and one one-to-one interview. Interviewers appeared stern and not the most friendly, perhaps to give off a sense of seriousness.
