I applied online in August and was contacted in January to participate in a preliminary interview. Frist Round - One on One. We went over my resume and he asked behavioral questions. Wanted to know about my resume and skills. I received a request for a super day, which consisted of three, 40 minute, interviews. First was behavioral and walking through my resume. Second was a case presentation - I tried to put to put a deck together but ran out of time. You have to make a recommendation to a business manager about which opportunity would be the best for the company. I think my reasoning was pretty good, but my deck wasn't the best. 3rd was the final interview and was behavioral as well.
