      I had an interview scheduled with two people, but the panel actually included five. They asked many challenging questions, and I did my best to answer them. A week later, the recruiter called to say I was being offered the job and began the process for the offer letter. I was asked to upload my photo and complete some questionnaires. After the long weekend, the same recruiter called and said they had decided to move forward with another candidate. It’s disappointing to receive an offer and then have it withdrawn. I wish the decision-making process had been more thorough.

      I applied through a recruiter. I got an interview slot very quickly and was offered the job quickly after that. Both interviewers were lovely, friendly, engaging and knowledgeable and I greatly enjoyed my time at Citi.

      Question 1

      Questions focused as expected around technical support and in particular SQL as this was used heavily in the products I was supporting. How you commuicate effectively between different teams and management. How you handle difficult situations where you may have multiple high priority tickets to resolve at the same time and what your approach would be to handling this.
