Process was very unprofessional. I originally accomodated a late interview time of 7PM because they are based in India. 30 minutes before the call they changed the interview time to 10PM. Pretty late for me, but I'm not one to pass on an opportunity. I showed up on time at 10PM, but the interviewer was 30 minutes late. By this time I was pretty angry and tired so the interview did not go as well as it would have under normal circumstances. This experience should be a huge red flag for anyone considering working at CitiusTech.
I applied online. I interviewed at CitiusTech in Sept 2021

they asked about experience, processes you used in previous company
My resume was selected and HR called me. After a week my interview was scheduled on zoom. I got all mails. Finally the D-Day arrived. I joined zoom link, there was no one to take interview. For me until and unless your process is based on ethics, you can not survive i market. Really never had such experience in my entire career. It is very simple, if you don't have demand or doesn't want to take interview. Please cancel the interview or do not call for interview. I would just alert all the future candidate stay away from such companies. You can very well imagine if they have such HR process, what process they will have once you join. It will harm your career rather than help, stay away from such frauds.
