I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Citizens (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2022
Interview
Technical questions were not too difficult. They have a lot of nice people making the process enjoyable. One of the hardest parts is getting the initial interview and then the super day is very competitive.
Thank you for leaving a review. We're glad the interview process was positive for you. We wish you continued success in your career exploration and development.
Other Investment Banking Analyst interview reviews for Citizens
1st round behavioral, 2nd round technical, 3rd round super day 3x interviews with analysts, associates, and directors (1 behavioral, 1 cultural, and 1 technical). Fairly straightforward process, just study some technicals beforehand and have a good answer for why you want to work in IB.
I was interviewed by two analysts for 30 minutes. Was a mix of behaviorals and basic technicals with a question about current events/deals. The technicals were just basic DCF, depreciation through the 3 statements, etc.

Question 1
What is one deal that you have been following in the news?
Normal application into phone screening with standard behaviorals. Had a pretty fast turnaround into a 3 round superday. Got tripped up by a merger math case but heard that other applicants didn't have the same. Techs were easy other than that
