I applied online. I interviewed at Coast + Coast Fundraising (Calgary, AB) in Mar 2017
Interview
Applied online for what I thought was a Customer Service Representative position, was emailed a reply within 2 days, set up interview 3 days after online submission through Indeed. I arrived 10 minutes early as I usually do for interviews. Was scheduled to meet with a woman, but a man interviewed me instead. Brief over view of company, in business 4 years, primarily soliciting donations for Amnesty International. My immediate thought was 'this is not customer service' if i'm soliciting donations from non-customers, it's marketing or soliciting. The interviewer was not prepared for the interview, did not have my Resume on hand to go over. Afteward, he said they were making a decision the next week, and I would be contacted one way or the other. I was never contacted.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Coast + Coast Fundraising
Interview
Called by a HR and setup an interview on the day next to it. Interviewed with manager twice and accept the role on the day of second interview. Come in to work a week later. During the interview I was asked some very basic questions by the manager, like describe your previous experiences with dealing with customers, can you come to work in all weather conditions and how do you like to handle objections etc.
