Commerce Bank Software Developer II interview questions

General education and experience questions. Some technical questions. No questions about portfolio (which I certainly lacked). Good atmosphere for someone familiar with a traditional resume-based approach to the hiring process. Having a portfolio may heavily impress the interviewer and recruiter. (It seems that at most tech companies, they'll only interview developers who have a robust GitHub profile and/or personal web site portfolio.)
