Interview
Completed online assessments which included basic computer skills, basic customer service scenarios, voice recording, and typing test. Spoke to a Team Lead for the first interview, and completed a second interview with a HR hiring manager.

Interview
After completing all the application testing I was invited interview. I met with one interview and was told I would be passed on. I then attend two group sessions that spoke of the job and its responsibilities. After that I received and offer appointment and I was sent all the paperwork to complete.

The questions were general interview type questions. How to handle an upset customer? General call center, customer service questions. They also asked about availability and advised you that you would be working weekends and holidays.
