Interview
After a short introduction of the reviewers and the company I've had to give my definition of what UX Design is supposed to be and I've had to explain my process in details. The last part of the interview was more focused on the team and the culture of the company.
There are two in-person interviews with HR, hiring manager and one of the senior UX designers. Each interview was 40-50min.
Afterward, they also have a design assignment and in-person interview with CEO
