I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Concentrix
Interview
First, a few weeks prior, I received a phone call from a recruiter inviting me to come in for an initial interview. When I got there, there were people coming and going. First-round was a group interview--mainly talking about yourself. I believe they just test how well you can converse in the English language. 2nd-round if you pass, you would have gotten a first congratulation letter saying you qualified for the next round. This is when the interviewer showed a picture and I am supposed to explain what I see in the picture. Again, this is a group interview. If you pass this round, again, you would have gotten a letter saying you passed this round. Third-round was a technical computer test, this is just to know how well you know basic computer skills. The fourth round was a one on one interview. I was asked about why I left the company and what I expect with this company. The interviewer said they need a few days to decide and asked me to come back the following week. I came back and got an offer and the same day was a contract-signing.

Third round: Computer testing
Fourth round: Why did you leave your old company
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
