O processo seletivo foi todo online e tiveram várias etapas. Sendo elas: Preenchimento de ficha, teste de lógica, conhecimentos gerais, testes de português, conhecimentos específicos e etc. Após essa etapa, me solicitaram um vídeo de até 2 minutos com uma apresentação pessoal, e logo depois realizei duas entrevistas uma com o RH e o outra com os gestores da área.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
