Felt like they were very well prepared for our interview and knew my back round. There were three rounds of interviews based on the position, this made a lot of sense
After recruiter screening I had several rounds with leaders relevant to team I would join. The process moved quickly due to critical nature of role. Multiple time zones had to be considered.
