Phone interview, consisted of the HR person reading questions from a sheet of paper & seeing if I answered with the correct buzzwords . Zero feedback on my answers. No asking about previous experience or examples of previous problems I solved . I lost interest after 10 mins , if this is the best HR process they could come up with I dread to think how the rest of the company is run

Regarding Concentrix Barcelona. The interviewer did not show up for the interview and ghosted me when I asked for a reschedule. This shows a giant lack of professionalism and zero regard for the candidate's time.
