Interview rounds are easy and smooth. No such difficulties found. It was related to my work experience. Good for average candidate. In my interview there are 3 rounds. First one is with HR where she asked all general questions. Second was with team leader for skill test (Excel). Last was with process Manager where she questioned about work experience.

First you have to clear the test , then ops round , hr round. Interview is quite easy once we clear the test... Which is versant. Then hr round. Salary discussion once we are okay with all. Then we will move to ops round.
