Interview process was easy Recruiter called and asked if this was something I would be interested in Received an email to schedule an interview Group interview on zoom with no video of recruiter describing position Job acceptance afterwards Quick, easy, and simple

Would you be able to adhere to the training period with no attendance occurences?
It was quick and smooth… however it took some time from offer letter to actual start
It was actually a remote interview, already programmed so no physical interviewer… just you being on camera and answering all the questions ..

How to guide a customer who had issues with device… their device wasn’t powering on
If you have a good communication skill you may crack it.
They will check your customer service skills such as empathy, patience, problem solving adaptability, time management etc
Interviewers are very friendly and personally I never had a bad experience.

Interview
The interview process at the time was very quick, friendly faces and accommodating. Its not a bad place for starters. The interviewers were open to questions and some would get you comfortable during the process
