The process was extensive, involving numerous assessments and interviews, which made completing everything within a single day both time-consuming and mentally demanding. Spanning approximately nine hours, it required focus, preparation, and patience, with some lengthy waiting periods along the way. Despite the challenges, the overall experience was engaging and enjoyable, offering a unique opportunity to showcase skills, connect with others, and navigate an interesting and dynamic series of tasks. While demanding, the process had its fun and rewarding moments, making the effort worthwhile.

about your background and knowledge about customer service
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
