Applied for customer support as a fresher and after few times my application was selected and then attended round 1 aptitude test and other personality test online. It was more than 2 hours.

Question 1
The online test consists of US based english grammar and vocabulary, etc and other personality and psychology test.
Easy interview, straight forward questions.
Quick on responding.
Even if you don't pass.
The scenarios are not difficult.
The recruiter was friendly.
Overall it was an easy process and personally didn't face an issues.

They asked about my previous experience and if it was connected with customer service.

Interview
I reached the final interview with the Team Lead and manager. It all went good, I passed the english exam, typing speed test, and case study. However they asked some personal questions like, do you have kids and how old are they, do you plan to take vacation in the summer?
