I had applied via the website and also sent an email to Conscious Capitalism expressing my interest. I heard back from a coordinator who sent up an interview with the CEO of Conscious Capitalism. After chatting with the CEO with what seemed like a positive experience, I never heard back from them. I had followed up with 2-3 follow up emails to both the coordinator and CEO. Despite what they value as a company (consciousness as a company), they did not demonstrate respect to their interviewees. Super disappointing. I wouldn't apply again or recommend applying due to their poor and unprofessional interview process.
