Test engineering requires a collaborative attitude and good communication skills to keep things running smoothly. Since at times they need to deliver constructive criticism to fix or enhance the product, it’s important to ask questions about how they go about delivering not so great news to colleagues and counterparts.
Online test (general ability), online video interview and on site interview (previous experiences, why this company, why that department and description of the role of intern ( can you do that and how)
One round of interview about personal experience and introduction of the role responsibility, smooth and friendly communication and experience, positive impression of the staff and company. Overall, the process was efficient and well-structured.
First there is an IQ test. Followed by a technical interview, followed by a HR.
During the technical interview I was asked some basic OOP questions and a simple program to implement.
