One of the most streamlined and nice interview environments where you are questioned on things you would be doing in the job and not much extra like companies prefer to ask about programming and still give you a bpo job. Questions are communication and accent based and they give youample time to think before you reply.

Interview
Got a call off a recruitment agency for an interview with convergys. I got there filled out paperwork which took about 2 hours. Then did a role play where they give you a scenario and you have to make up what you say. They then go on to ask you about yourself, eductaion , previous jobs, notice period and all that. Then they ask you loads of questions that are really lengthy by the time they've finished telling you the question you've forgotten what the question was. After that they tell you they will ring you to let you know if you have the job or not.

Interview
The gentleman called with such a friendly attitude that made me very comfortable. I described previous jobs to demonstrate my ability to handle the job successfully. He provided me the job description, salary, and then gave me some time to think about it. He allowed me to call him back to accept the position. I was grateful for that.
