Interview
The HR person was very nice – apart from that, the entire hiring team felt very unprofessional. The people were uncomfortable to talk to. One interviewer showed up in a tank top. The case studies are as boring/forced text-book case studies as there can be. One interviewer complained in the interview about what a horrible place their Paris office is.
3 interviews in, it was clear to me that I was certainly not interested. Funnily enough, no one ever followed up with me even though I did not tell them that I did not get a good impression.

La primera entrevista con HR fue muy amable, incluso conversamos posibilidades de relocación en base a mi perfil. La segunda entrevista con una consultora especialista de área fue tensa, y hasta la sentí algo agresiva. El caso para resolver fue planteado de forma confusa, no brindaba información, y a pesar de llegar a conclusiones correctas no me dejó continuar.

Structured but two people on the interview - one as a shadow. ample time - mostly the case question and some organisation fit questions. slightly less direction with the case
