Interview
The HR person was very nice – apart from that, the entire hiring team felt very unprofessional. The people were uncomfortable to talk to. One interviewer showed up in a tank top. The case studies are as boring/forced text-book case studies as there can be. One interviewer complained in the interview about what a horrible place their Paris office is.
3 interviews in, it was clear to me that I was certainly not interested. Funnily enough, no one ever followed up with me even though I did not tell them that I did not get a good impression.

Interview
CV screening.
Then 2 back-to-back interviews, 1 hour each, fit + case, Manager level, average difficulty.
1 week later was invited for 2 additional interviews with Partners, got more difficult with tricks in the cases and one interviewer expecting sharp answers on dynamics in his industry.
Waited for 2 weeks before getting called to get rejected. HR was really great though and provided some feedback.
