I got call from the company Dell and it just asked for knowledge of operating system and networking.I got through two rounds both were technical rounds.I described about my self then they started asking about knowledge of php database some logics and related to installing and uninstalling the .exe files.

Interview happens either through employee referral and campus Recruitment.
There will 3 rounds of interview for freshers like aptitude, Technical round and HR interview. For experienced its a direct face to face interview.
Good environment for great learning and provided with chance to face the challenges in work( depending on performance)
