Was contacted by an agency and went through an initial phone interview. Was told to call in for a second interiew with a hiring manager at Dell. The interview with the manager at Dell was very formal, with him asking a lot of very vague and generalized questions. When asked about the specific job and what type of project I would be working on my question was declined. At the end of the interview, I was told there would bea decision by the end of the week and that he would be in touch with the recruiter that contacted me. A week later, that recruiter is still telling me they haven't heard a word from Dell, but I'm "still in the running".
