I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Boston, MA) in May 2014
Interview
Interview is real quick. Offer release was prompt with regular follow ups. Salary was based on current offers in hand and was decent. Interviewing was 3 fold. The hiring manager called for a 30 min session which was very high level, followed by a panel Webex asking technical questions. The final one was with the recruiter and mainly around compensation process

Question 1
Explain the end to end automation in continuous integration environment with a business case. Explain your current job profile and how do you think the interviewed position fits your skills
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Hyderābād) in Apr 2015
Interview
Interview is good and not a traditional way of asking "what is the difference between..", "What is.." kind of questions. Had a telephonic round of interview and F2F interview. Initially they had offered me one role next to the one i had applied for, given two days of time to think.
When i had contacted them back, HR was saying there is no position now. I am not happy with this company.

Question 1
1. If you have to create a framework, what are all the things you take in to consideration?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Bengaluru) in Mar 2015
Interview
One of the worst process i have ever seen.
they called it as schedule interview but it was walking. They schedule with me for 11:30 after waiting 2 hours recruiter told me to go 1 room .There is one guy seating with laptop trying to connect one interviewer who suppose to take interview due to some reason they make like one guy over phone ,he is asking question then other guys is asking me and i am answering .They are clueless why they are interviewing. One guy started asking some silly question .I thought he was from different technology. Most of time he was kind of sleeping. Suddenly one senior guys walking and ask some question and walk away. Every time they where discussing if want to ask anything for a single question.
two rounds, one with peer and one with senior management. they will just talk about your current job responsibilities and will ask a number of questions for which they are not sure. So be confident and keep on replying as if you know everything.
