I had 2 interviews - 1 was in person with the outgoing employee and 1 was remote with the sales director. It was mostly conversational and they asked questions about my relevant experience and knowledge of the industry.

Interview
Several phone calls from recruiter over 6+ months. Two Skype-based calls with hiring managers followed by emailed job offer.
Dell Services was reorganizing when I interviewed in 2013, and it took over 6 months for the company to make an offer with a realistic salary. The managers who interviewed me had no idea of how to run my business unit and were occupying patronage jobs courtesy of Dell Services president Suresh Vaswani.
