It was a lengthy course. A 2-month training was given prior to the actual job interview. During the training, Dell subject matter experts would come every 2 weeks and they would give us a quick 1-on-1 interview depending on the topic discussed. The actual interview took a maximum of 20 minutes. The questions were comprehensive and practical. The 2 months spent on the training was worth it. HR interview followed soon after the results came in. The interview process is longer than most and honestly it took longer time than it should have.
