First we have the orientation. Pay attention to this.
3 Rounds-
1. Online Aptitude Test - 3 sections-Verbal, Quant and Logic. No Tech/Programming (CS/IT) questions. Fairly easy if you have practiced some tests online.
2. Group Discussion - Group of 7-8 people. Advice is to see on their website in the career section about possible case studies and what they expect from candidates during GD and interview.
3. Interview - Panel of 2. Average difficulty. Tech q. not asked to me but were asked to some others.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
