Interview
The selection process was further divided into three steps.
First step being an ‘Adaptive Aptitude Test’, comprising of 25(English), 25(Quantitative Aptitude) and 24 (Logical Reasoning) questions, to be done within 95 minutes (25, 35 and 35 minutes respectively).
The second step of the process was a ‘Group Discussion-Case Study’, wherein the 22 shortlisted students were divided into groups of 5 to 6 people. The case in discussion was related to FEMA, USA, the disaster management department of US and how it wants to gather data/in-house analytics for faster relief efforts. Total 20 minutes were given to discuss and chalk out the solution for the same. The next 20 minutes were given to present the solution to a new panel.
The third and final step was the ‘Personal Interview’ round. The 9 shortlisted candidates were allotted various panels and on an average this resume grilling session lasted 25-30 minutes for each candidate.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
