Interview
I had two interviews, one was with division manager and the other one was with the general manager. At the time, because I was in Boston, I did the interview through skype.

Question 1
They asked me about the FinTech market in Japan as well as my experience of interning at a FinTech startup. Nothing challenging.
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
