Before interview process, there is a social banquet. Two rounds of interview, first round was casual and nice, while second round was very stressful and demeaning. Second round was with higher level partner.
The interview process was well organized, and the interviewers were professional and approachable throughout. The overall experience was smooth, with clear communication at each stage. The complete process took around 1–2 weeks and consisted of multiple rounds, including technical and HR discussions, depending on the role and business unit.
