The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Jan 2008
Interview
First 1:1 personality check with HR representative. High level questions about my background and personality.
Nice HR rep although somewhat more junior than expected. Felt like a typical first screening.
2nd phase with senior consultant had short 1:1 discussion about me, the company, why I wanted to work in consulting etc. The regular, nothing special.
Then received business article and a offering map with broken down shareholder value levers.
Asked to related possible actions to map and propose strategy to improve company valuation to please shareholders.
