Interview
The initial interview consisted of interview response recordings. The team does send information about how to prepare for the interview and how to make a good first impression, which was pretty helpful. However, once the recordings are submitted, it takes weeks to hear back from anyone in the office. Understandably, Deloitte is a large company, however, as someone who was asked to interview for the role by a recruiter, it was very disappointing to not receive any kind of feedback for weeks.

One phone interview, one panel interview with two leaders of the team. The first interview was about basic information and some behavior. Second, they explore more your background and behavior questions.
Two to three interviews one with recruiting manager, and then partners for the business you would be aligned to however they are on a hiring freeze. So things could change. You also may meet with someone at level to get an idea of the role
