They took a group of us out to dinner on a Thursday night. I had 2 interviews Friday, 1 behavioral and 1 case study. I was invited to visit the office and had one more case study interview there. I heard back a couple weeks later. I was pleased with the presentations that they had given and thought the position sounded like a good fit for what I was looking for. Everyone was really easy to talk to about anything, they were very upfront about everything including the downsides to the job. They expected a lot from the interviews. They kept emailing studying materials for the case studies. I think studying and reviewing that information was very helpful. I first I thought they were asking too much to prepare for an interview, but they are just looking for the people who are willing to put the time and effort into it.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.
