I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte in Sept 2010
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter Did the intial phone interview and was informed that she will be in touch. Indeed, the recruiter called back a few days later and invited me to a face to face interview. The in person interview consisted of meeting two senior managers and a regional manager. Of course, there was also a case study. I was ready for a hard core interview with a case study that will make my head spin. Nothing was further from the truth. Frankly, the case study was common sense. The interviews were more like a neat networking session. The only heads up I want to give any interviewees is to be ready with tons of questions about Deloitte. Each interview lasted about 45 minutes. And I had to provide most content. I was offered the job two business days later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The case study asked about mutli cultural change management techniques.
The process was very structured, beginning with managers, before progressing to a final interview with the partner. The first stages were more analytical, with the final interview being less formal, where it appeared the partner was seeking to finalise the recruitment process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Deloitte
Interview
Several rounds of interviews. Two rounds with a consulting director. One round with a technical director. Final round with a partner. Final negotiations with HR via email and phone call.

Question 1
They asked a technical question about the software I was an expert in. It was simple enough to rule out anyone without experience, but not stump someone with intermediate knowledge.
It was very vague as only 3 questions were asked which was by BA who does not have QA knowledge.Infact he mentioned that I have good knowledge.despite that I didnt get selected which seems fishy and entire interview was done for formality
