The interview process is fairly simple, it consisted of 3 rounds.
I was approached by a recruiter from Deloitte on LinkedIn for a position, the 1st round was with the recruiter basically going over my resume, my expectations, goals, strength and weakness., this was fairly simple and a causal conversation.
2nd round was purely technical and was hosted by a manager, the interview lasted a little over 30 mins, the interviewer mostly focused on my experience in S4HANA, a little from BW and BW4Hana. It was a good experience and the interviewer was very friendly.
If you've cleared 2nd round, you'd be asked to attend 3rd round, this was with a senior manager. the interview lasted around 30 mins, the interviewer mainly focused on my experience related to the job description. He also asked me behavioral questions.
