I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dun & Bradstreet (Gainesville, FL) in Aug 2023
Interview
I first spoke with a recruiter over a quick phone call. At the end of that call I was invited to schedule an interview with the hiring manager for the role. This interview was conducted by two people, one was the hiring manager for the role and the other was a manager leading the same type of team, just not who I would be working under. First I was invited to share a little about myself and highlight certain aspects of my resume. I was asked several "talk about a time where/when you..." questions and then had the opportunity to share anything about myself that was not highlighted in the interview questions. At the end of that interview (about 45 minutes) I was invited to schedule a final interview with two more DnB employees, a senior director and the leader for the outbound sales team. This interview was also about 45 minutes and followed the same format. I think there was one question that was repeated in the scenario-based questions, and then this interview also started with me speaking on my resume. I heard back on whether I got the role within a few hours of completing my final interview and accepted it that evening.

Question 1
We have your resume pulled up on the screen here, what about your resume would you like to highlight or draw our attention towards?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dun & Bradstreet
Interview
Direct, thorough and enjoyable. I thought everyone was incredibly warm but also very good at their job. I really liked the STAR method as it personally helped me to direct my thoughts. I also liked the fact that it was 3 levels. I can tell the company really vets who they want to hire.

Question 1
Can you tell me about a time you had to act quickly to help fix a problem and how you did it?
The initial recruiter lady took forever to respond to my emails. The phone screen was fine but she seemed so fake and asked just basic interview questions. The interview itself was not difficult, just seemed like she was doing it just to do it
