ESG Global Services interview questions

Agent contact me. Asked me to do two tests one of them is a kata test. The test is time consuming and took few hours to complete. Was rejected because kata solution of string calculator is not optimal solution. To me this shows that workload will be high since they expect engineers to spend 8 hours on tests.
