Unprofessional , awkward sloppy interview. It was a phone final interview with the account manager. The manager just hang up while I was talking even the interview was just started. Basic Phone Etiquette was not observed considering it is a formal interview from one of the biggest Healthcare Bpo company in the Philippines. Furthermore, the recruitment team were also as rude as the management and most of the time awkward and clueless. Made me wonder the kind/quality of customer service they offer.

very direct to the point. they made sure they pick an individual who is passionate enough for the USRN role. they also encourage you to be yourself and to be just chill in answering questions.
