Interview
I had a friend who works for the firm, so I requested if he could refer me to the firm. Unfortunately, there were no job postings that fit my experience/skills on the website. The referrer made a candidate profile on the website so all the recruiters within every department could view my resume and assess my skills.
I got scheduled for a direct virtual interview with no defined job posting. When I asked the point of contact about the interview structure, they said it would consist of behavioral questions, a coding question, and a case study. It was strange, but I thought this is how this firm's interview process would be.

Question 1
The interviewer was not at all welcoming as there was no greeting. He started by introducing himself and paused after a couple of sentences. I understood it was my turn to introduce myself, and I did well in that part.
The next thing he said was I am looking for a person with Project Management experience, and your skills don't align with what I am looking. His expressions changed; since he was in the interview, he had to continue with it.
1) Can you tell me a little bit about your experience?
2) What are the parameters in Tableau?
2) A SQL coding question

Interview
The second round consists of a technical interview focusing on Python, machine learning concepts, and AI-related questions to assess problem-solving ability. It is followed by a fit round that evaluates cultural alignment, communication skills, teamwork, and how past professional experiences align with the role and company expectations.

Interview
Interview was good and detailed. Asked about Generative Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning. Some questions were asked about Natural language processing with python coding.
It was 3 round interview and 2nd was technical followed by a HR negotiation round.

Interview
It was a virtual interview, but updates on my application stopped. The interviewer seemed uninterested very much, leaving me uncertain about progress and disappointed with the lack of communication and engagement.
