I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in Feb 2009
Interview
Competencies based interview. Prior to interview, candidates take a Watson Glazer test for comprehension. If passed then two stage interview. First was focused on technical abilities whilst second was regarding values and culture fit. Good quality interview, made to feel at ease, but still asked searching questions.

After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
