Great interview, friendly and interested to learn more about you and your career goals. Seems like a great company to work for. Interviewees seemed to love their job and genuinely interested in their applicants.
Process went pretty quick at first. Had the initial phone call with HR where they explained the process. Had an interview with a team member that I would work directly with day-to-day. After I received a writing assessment and had to turn it in. Then had interview with Director. After this interview there was radio silence for about a month.
