It was a very relaxed, informal interview, the interviewer was late but not to the point of annoyance. We went down to a local coffee shop, I applied through an job searching sight and all communication was done through email. My interviewer was nice, and friendly - asked all the normal questions, enabling me to become comfortable. The role they had advertised was not suitable for me, yet I found the process to be very professional and welcoming. A good reflection of the company.

Interview
Interview consisted of stock-standard questions like, "Tell us about yourself, etc."
Also, a few extras, like, "Where do you see yourself fitting into the company?", "What book are you reading at the moment?"
The interviewer was pleasant and gave a good impression of the company, but frankly said there had been a lot of highly qualified applicants. I appreciate that kind of candidness, and would interview again if given the chance.
