Interview
I went through four rounds including HR. After the final round I received a mail that my candidature was rejected. Between each round there was a gap of 7 days. Interview panel was very interactive and professional except the final round interviewer(People Management). That person was more of talking with a prejudiced mind .

More of a lead/Plan approach. How to approach a scenario and how to implement test approaches
Interview process was not very difficult. Should know the basic concepts in testing and agile practices. They will ask about different testing methodologies. Mention one occasion when you researched about something new.

Interview
Very easy and laid back. All Zoom these days but feels like they attempt to at least put real effort into giving every interviewee a chance. The line of questioning skews heavily towards testing experience and ability to work with data.
