Fue un proceso larguísimo que ocupó casi 4 meses y que consistió en pasar tres entrevistas: una primera criba con Recursos Humanos, después con un superior del departamento, y finalmente con dos superiores del mismo.

La entrevista en sí no fue complicada, con preguntas estándar para conocerme un poco más y cómo actuaría en situaciones concretas.
Two procedure did include two personal interviews (1 with HR and the second with the hiring manager). Alos it included an language and technical test afterwards. The complete procedure took 3 weeks.

Interview
I applied online on the EA website through the application process. I was selected to take part in an online test which was fairly close to the actual work that I'm performing there. A couple weeks later I received an invitation for a job interview by phone. The phone interview was held by two people and they asked me some fairly straight forward questions in english and my native language.
